The "lifted" testicle (hypermobile or retractable) is a very frequent clinical condition, especially in the young, in which the testicle rises from the scrotum towards the groin. This condition, which can occur after tactile stimuli, during physical or sexual activity, is often linked to hyperactivity of the cremaster muscle. Although this is a situation that can occur without particular problems, it still represents a risk factor for testicular torsion. Do not underestimate this condition, especially if it should be associated with a sudden and intense pain in the scrotum !!!!
